本实验用~3H—TdR及~(14)C—TdR双标记放射自显影方法,测定7~7.5个月月龄的雌性Wistar大鼠骨髓红细胞系及粒细胞系细胞周期时间,及其各有关时相的持续时间。用此方法能较准确地直接得出Ts,并计算出TG_1、TG_2、Tm和Tc。红细胞系:TG_1≤4.3小时、Ts=5.0小时、TG_2≥1.0小时、Tm=0.4小时、Tc=10.7小时。粒细胞系:TG_1≤5.6小时、Ts=3.9小时、TG_2≥1.0小时、Tm=0.4小时、Tc=10.9小时。大鼠红细胞系的细胞周期时间与粒细胞系的相似,这与小鼠的结果不同,小鼠的红细胞系细胞周期较中性粒细胞系的短,这主要是由于大鼠骨髓造血细胞的LI较小鼠的低,因而PR低、Tc长,反映了大鼠骨髓造血细胞中有较多Go期细胞。
