因为学生存在遗传因素、成长环境、本身个性等方面的差异,学习习惯、学习能力、学习兴趣、学习意志千差万别,所以学困生的问题,无论是在传统课堂上,还是在我们推行的高效课堂上,都是一个不可回避的问题。虽然高效课堂提倡关注学困生,但并不是一件容易的事情,尤其是在课改初期,会出现优势学生迅猛发展,而弱势学生明显掉队的现象,如果不能高度重视并解决学困生在高效课堂中的学习问题,就将成为制约高效课堂全体学生是否真正高效的关键问题。
