目的了解学校食堂餐具消毒状况,为确保学生身体健康和集体用餐安全管理提供依据。方法随机抽取学校提供学生使用的餐具,采用快速检测纸片检测大肠菌群,按照卫生部“餐(饮)具消毒卫生标准”规定的方法进行检测。结果 2007-2011年共抽检餐饮具1 421件,总合格率为78.40%,各年度合格率呈逐年上升趋势。不同学段餐具消毒合格率无显著性差异。不同餐具合格率无显著性差异。结论加强学校餐具消毒监管力度,增强消毒意识和培养规范操作习惯是提高餐具消毒卫生质量的主要因素。
Objective To understand the status of school canteen tableware disinfection, in order to ensure the health of students and collective dining to provide a basis for safety management. Methods Randomly selected schools to provide students with tableware, the detection of coliforms by rapid detection of paper, in accordance with the Ministry of Health “food (drink) with disinfection health standards ” method for testing. Results A total of 1 421 pieces of tableware were sampled during 2007-2011, with a total pass rate of 78.40%. The passing rate of each year showed an upward trend year by year. Different sections of tableware disinfection pass rate no significant difference. Different tableware no significant difference in pass rate. Conclusion It is the main factor to improve the sanitation quality of tableware to strengthen the supervision of school tableware disinfection, enhance awareness of disinfection and standardize operating habits.
