主要通过研究内标元素在电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法常量及高含量样品分析中的应用与研究。在分析样品和标准样品溶液中同时加入相同浓度的内标元素,利用强度比绘制标准曲线,求出被测元素的浓度,利用内标的作用,大大改善了白云石、炉渣、烧结矿等常量及高含量组分分析结果的准确度和精密度(提高了近一个数量级);降低基体效应,标准偏差小于0.2%,有较好的长期稳定性,结果满意。
