现有塔机安全辅助装置均采用到达控制算法,其缺点是当运行速度较高时惯性可能导致运行量“冲出”控制点。业界普遍采取的办法是将控制点“提前”。这种方案会造成作业死角。作者提出通过预测运行量的接近时间,在其即将于报警时限到达控制点时报警,即将于控制时限到达控制点时提前输出控制信号。新算法能克服到达控制算法的所有缺陷,更满足塔机作业的实际需要。本文详细讨论了固定行程控制点、起重力矩控制点和群塔碰撞控制点的接近时间预测算法。
Existing tower safety aids are used to reach the control algorithm, the disadvantage is that inertia may lead to run “” out of “control point when the operating speed is high. The industry generally take the approach is to control point ”advance ". This program will result in dead ends. The authors propose that by predicting the approach time of operation, alarm is about to arrive at the control point just before the alarm time limit, that is, the control signal will be output in advance when the control time limit reaches the control point. The new algorithm can overcome all the shortcomings of the arrival control algorithm and meet the actual needs of tower crane operation. This paper discusses in detail the approach time prediction algorithm of fixed stroke control point, lifting moment control point and group tower collision control point.
