目的研究吴茱萸汤中9种成分的量对其自身吸收进入外翻肠囊成分量的影响,以指导吴茱萸汤改善偏头痛模型鼠指标的样品的调配。方法采用大鼠外翻肠囊模型获取10种吴茱萸汤吸收样品,以HPLC-DAD对吴茱萸汤及外翻肠囊吸收样品中9种成分进行定量、半定量,得到各成分在吴茱萸汤中的量以及在肠囊中的累积吸收量。用偏最小二乘回归法(partial least squares regression,PLSR)对吴茱萸汤中各成分的量及总体吸收量进行相关分析。结果在实验质量浓度范围内,柠檬黄素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、人参皂苷Rg1、6-姜辣素、吴茱萸苦素在吴茱萸汤中质量浓度越高,吸收入肠囊的总量越多;而人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、柠檬苦素、吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱则相反。成分之间对吸收的相互影响关系十分复杂。结论在根据吸收谱-效相关分析结果调配吴茱萸汤样品时,应考虑成分吸收的相互影响关系以达到较佳疗效。
Objective To study the effect of nine components of Evodia Decoction on its own absorption into the everted gut contents to guide the evodiamine model mice to improve the quality of the samples. Methods Ten samples of Evodia decoction were obtained from the everted gut capsule model in rats. Nine components of Evodia Decoction and the samples of everted gut absorption by HPLC-DAD were quantitatively and semi-quantitatively obtained. The content of each component in Evodia Decoction As well as the cumulative absorption in the gut. The partial least squares regression (PLSR) was used to analyze the content and total absorption of each ingredient in Evodia Decoction. Results In the experimental concentration range, the concentration of Letromentin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, Ginsenoside Rg1,6, Ginsenoside and Evodia Rutin in Evodia Decoction was higher and absorbed into the gut The more the total; and ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, limonin, evodiamine, rutaecarpine is the opposite. The interaction between the components of the absorption of the relationship is very complicated. Conclusions When the Evodia decoction sample is prepared according to the results of absorption spectrum-correlation analysis, the interaction between the components should be considered in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.
