本文以2015-2017年我国上证A股企业为研究样本,分析了高管变更视角下公司内部控制对盈余管理的影响。研究发现:高管变更会为企业带来负向的盈余管理行为,同时,有效的内部控制可以抑制高管变更时的负向盈余管理。
