“2012李锦记希望厨师班开班仪式”在北京劲松职业高中举行,60名来自全国各地的寒门青年正式开始三年中式烹饪专业学习。李锦记(中国)销售有限公司总裁周志毅、李锦记(国际)控股有限公司执行副总裁冯振华、新浪公益频道主编崔洪霞、北京劲松职业高中校长贺士榕等嘉宾出席了开班仪式并致辞。“李锦记希望厨师项目”启动于2011年,是一个帮助寒门青年学厨圆梦、为中餐业发展培养未来之星的长期公益计划。今年全国各地共150人报名,项目招生小组首次走进四川阿坝藏区、江西SOS儿童村、黑龙江尚志革命老区等贫困山区面试申请人和家访,最终资助来自四川、黑龙江、贵州、甘肃、广西和江西等地的60名学员,
