目的了解病毒唑在体外抑制腺病毒3型(ADV3)作用的效果和强度。方法采用细胞病变抑制实验观察病毒唑在人宫颈癌传代(Hela)细胞中对腺病毒3型的抑制作用。结果病毒唑半数中毒浓度(TC50)为2056·13μg/ml;抑制腺病毒3型的半数有效浓度(EC50)为53·03μg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为38·77;病毒唑对腺病毒3型的抑制作用存在量效关系;在感染后10h以内给药,病毒唑能够有效地抑制腺病毒3型的复制。结论病毒唑在Hela细胞中对腺病毒3型有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To understand the effect and intensity of ribavirin on inhibiting adenovirus 3 (ADV3) in vitro. Methods The inhibitory effect of ribavirin on adenovirus type 3 in human cervical carcinoma Hela cells was observed by cytopathic effect test. Results The median concentration of ribavirin (TC50) was 2056.13μg / ml. The median effective concentration (EC50) of adenovirus 3 was 53.03μg / ml and the therapeutic index (TI) was 38.77. The effect of ribavirin on adenovirus 3 type of inhibition exists dose-effect relationship; administration within 10h after infection, ribavirin can effectively inhibit adenovirus type 3 replication. Conclusion Ribavirin has obvious inhibitory effect on adenovirus type 3 in Hela cells.
