目的:分析医保居民高血压患者的医疗费用支付能力。方法:运用扩展线性支出系统对2006年西安市城镇居民高血压患者调查数据进行处理。结果:城镇医保居民高血压患者医疗费用负担沉重,支付能力普遍较差,影响到他们对医疗服务的利用。结论:为改善城镇医保居民的健康状况,其医疗费用支付能力亟待提高。 Objective: To analyze the medical expenses payment ability of medical insurance residents with hypertension. Methods: The extended linear expenditure system was used to process the survey data of urban residents with hypertension in 2006 in Xi’an. Results: Hypertension patients in cities and towns have a heavy medical burden and poor affordability, affecting their use of medical services. Conclusion: In order to improve the health status of urban residents, the ability to pay medical expenses needs to be improved urgently.
