对7N01铝合金进行了动态冲击试验和准静态压缩试验,用金相显微镜对冲击前后的试样进行了组织观察,分析了应变速率及温度对7N01铝合金动态力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明:7N01铝合金具有一定的应变率敏感性和显著的温度敏感性。试样的流变应力随应变速率的提高和温度的降低而增加;采用变量分离与非线性拟合的方法对准静态压缩试验及动态冲击试验数据进行拟合,得到了7N01铝合金的Johnson-Cook本构方程,所拟合的曲线与实验结果相吻合。
The dynamic impact test and quasi-static compression test of 7N01 aluminum alloy were carried out. The microstructure of 7N01 aluminum alloy was observed by metallographic microscope before and after impact. The effect of strain rate and temperature on the dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure of 7N01 aluminum alloy was analyzed. The results show that: 7N01 aluminum alloy has certain strain rate sensitivity and significant temperature sensitivity. The flow stress of specimen increases with the increase of strain rate and the decrease of temperature. Fitting static quasi-static compression test and dynamic impact test data with variable separation and non-linear fitting method, the Johnson- Cook constitutive equation, the fitted curve is consistent with the experimental results.
