光纤喇曼放大器原理的数值模拟分析

为分析光纤喇曼放大器的原理,基于已有的耦合微分方程,采用数值解法,对不同抽运光强下不同长度光纤所产生的受激喇曼散射现象进行数值模拟,并对模拟结果作了详尽分析。发现:发生受激喇曼散射现象时,抽运光强和光纤长度发生兑换;能量红移现象普遍存在,包括同阶Stokes光谱内部和不同阶的Stokes光谱之间。抽运光强越大,能量红移现象越明显。此结论比文献中的实验结果更全面,对相关实验有指导作用,为光纤喇曼放大器和光纤喇曼激光器等器件的原理理解和优化设计提供了有益的参考。 In order to analyze the principle of fiber Raman amplifier, based on the existing coupled differential equations, the numerical solution is used to simulate the stimulated Raman scattering phenomena of different lengths of fiber under different pump light intensities. The simulation results are given Detailed analysis. It is found that when the stimulated Raman scattering occurs, the pump light intensity and the length of the fiber exchange with each other. The redshift of energy is ubiquitous and includes the Stokes spectrum and the Stokes spectrum of different orders in the same order Stokes spectrum. The greater the pumping light intensity, the more obvious the energy red shift phenomenon. The conclusion is more comprehensive than the experimental results in the literature, which can guide the relevant experiments. It provides a useful reference for the principle understanding and optimal design of fiber Raman amplifiers and fiber Raman lasers.
