目的探讨双极等离子尿道内切开及电切治疗尿道狭窄和尿道闭锁的疗效。方法采用双极等离子尿道内切开及电切治疗尿道狭窄和尿道闭锁患者46例,术后随访38例。结果本组46例有43例患者均一次手术成功,复发后需二次手术者2例,手术失败1例。无严重手术并发症发生。手术时间1 5~100 min,出血量<50 m1,38例术后随访2个月至5年,最大尿流率(Q_(max)),均>15 ml/s。结论双极等离子电切术治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁能迅速准确切开、切除狭窄瘢痕,具有低温切割、出血少、术后尿道再狭窄复发率低等优点,是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of bipolar urethral incision and electrosurgical treatment of urethral stricture and urethral atresia. Methods 46 cases of urethral stricture and urethral atresia were treated by bipolar urethral incision and electrotome. 38 cases were followed up. Results The group of 46 patients had 43 cases of one operation were successful, two cases required secondary surgery after recurrence, operation failed in 1 case. No serious surgical complications occurred. The operation time was 15 to 100 minutes, the amount of bleeding was less than 50ml, and 38 cases were followed up for 2 months to 5 years. The maximum flow rate (Qmax) was> 15ml / s. Conclusion Bipolar plasma tangential excision for the treatment of urethral stricture and atresia can be quickly and accurately cut open, remove the scar, with low-temperature cutting, less bleeding, low recurrence rate of postoperative urethral restenosis is a safe and effective method.
