文章从构建上海国际经济中心城市战略目标出发，以人才资源优化配置为逻辑起点，在充分考虑上海社会发展、城市结构功能调整、医学模式转变以及市民经济适应性的基础上，运用多种预测方法开展卫生人力预测，科学地确定了上海2000、2005和2010年卫生技术人力的发展规模。
The article sets out from the strategic goal of constructing Shanghai’s international economic center city and regards the optimal allocation of human resources as the logical starting point. Based on the full consideration of Shanghai’s social development, urban structure and function adjustment, medical model transformation, and the economic adaptability of citizens, various methods are used. The health manpower forecast was carried out and scientifically determined the scale of development of health technology manpower in Shanghai in 2000, 2005 and 2010.
