1 研究内容 上海公共交通“一卡通”系统主要是重点研究和构建一个资源共享、安全高效、方便使用的公共交通“一卡通”的应用与服务休系,其研究攻关的主要内容包括:1.1 “一卡通”标准 由于“一卡通”第一次在国内得到大规模应用,且无可借鉴的相关系统或资料,因而建立系统标准成为项目最大的重点和难点。庄深入考察上海城市交通环境特点的基础上,制订了全国第一个地方性标准《城市公共交通非接触式集成电路(IC)卡技术规范》,使自行设计并具有自主知识产权的非接触式IC卡既能满足ISO14443TYPE A标准,又可形成独特的通讯加密算法;针对在不同行业中的应用,做好卡片的结构设计,以满足“一卡多用”;定义统一的IC卡交易过程,避免不同行业的应用冲突,并保证最大交易时间小于300ms。根
