一、引言: 秦俑表面彩绘涂层的物质成分和层次结构已有了比较准确的分析观察结果:涂层由有机底层和无机表面层组成,底层是1—2层生漆,表面层是1—2层矿物颜料,其中包括人造颜料,如铅白等。在涂层的加固保护方面,以前已有几位研究者对其进行了加固研究,但未取得较大进展。涂层的加固保护问题仍是文物保护者面临的一个难题。1991年中—德文物保护专家携手合作,对秦俑表面彩绘涂层的加固保护课题进行深入仔细的研究。本文报告对其加固研究的初步结果。
First, the introduction: Qin terracotta painted surface coating material composition and hierarchy have been more accurate analysis of the observations: the coating from the organic bottom and inorganic surface layer, the bottom is 1-2 layers of lacquer, the surface layer is 1- 2 layers of mineral pigments, including artificial colors such as lead white. In the strengthening of the protection of the coating, there have been several researchers to reinforce the study, but did not make much progress. Coating reinforcement protection is still the protection of cultural relics confrontation a problem. In 1991, the Chinese-German cultural relics protection experts worked together to conduct in-depth and detailed studies on the reinforcement and protection of the painted surfaces of terracotta warriors and horses. This paper reports the initial results of its reinforcement studies.
