目的 :观察国产Nd :YAG激光治疗儿童人工晶体后发性白内障的疗效。方法 :应用国产JYZ - 1A型Nd :YAG激光对 4 0例 4 2眼儿童人工晶体后发性白内障进行治疗 ,术前视力≤ 0 .1者 32人 ,0 .2～ 0 .6者 10眼。结果 :39眼经 1次治疗成功 ,3眼 2次治疗成功。术后视力均不同程度提高 ,视力 >0 .0 5者 ,占 90 .5 % ,视力>0 .1者 31眼 ,占 73.85 ,≥ 0 .7者 9眼占 2 1.4 % ,脱盲率达 80 %。主要并发症是人工晶体轻微小凹痕样损伤 ,发生共 5眼占 11.9% ,但对视力无影响。结论 :国产Nd :YAG激光治疗儿童人工晶体后发性白内障是一种简单、有效、无痛苦的较理想的方法 ,强调聚焦准确和使用低能量是避免晶体损伤的关键。
Objective: To observe the effect of domestic Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of children with intraocular lens (IOL) after cataract. Methods: The domestic JYZ - 1A type Nd: YAG laser was used to treat 40 cases of children with 42 eyes with intraocular lens implantation after cataract. The preoperative visual acuity ≤0.1 was 32, and the range of 0.2 ~ 0.6 was 10 . Results: One eye was successfully treated in 39 eyes and two eyes were treated successfully in 3 eyes. Postoperative visual acuity increased to varying degrees, visual acuity> 0.05, accounting for 90.5%, visual acuity> 0.1, 31 eyes, accounting for 73.85, ≥ 0. %. The main complication is the slight dent-like damage of IOL, with a total of 5 eyes accounting for 11.9%, but no effect on visual acuity. CONCLUSION: Domestic Nd: YAG laser for the treatment of children with intraocular lens implantation is a simple, effective and painless method. It is emphasized that focusing accurately and using low energy is the key to avoid crystal damage.
