目的检测常见院内感染非发酵菌对7种第三代头孢菌素的耐药性,以指导临床用药。方法采用肉汤杨稀释法测定从我院重症监护病房及其它病房分离的三种非发酵菌共109株细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果7种抗生素中舒普深对三种非发酵菌的总耐药率最低为11.9%,其次是泰能为26.6%和头孢他定为33.9%。若排除嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌则素能对其它二种菌的耐药率最低为9.2%。结论泰能、舒普深和头孢他定对院内感染菌的耐药率较低,氨曲南和第三代头孢菌素对非发酵菌中的产酶菌呈现交叉耐药。
Objective To detect common nosocomial non-fermentative bacteria on the 7 third-generation cephalosporin resistance, to guide the clinical use of drugs. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 109 strains of bacteria isolated from the intensive care unit and other wards in our hospital was determined by the broth dilution method. Results The lowest total drug resistance rate of Shufunshen to three kinds of non-fermentative bacteria was 11.9% among 7 antibiotics, followed by 26.6% of them and 33.9% of ceftazidime. If the exclusion of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is the prime of the other two strains of the lowest resistance rate of 9.2%. Conclusions The rates of resistance to nosocomial infection were lower with tianeng, shuopushen and ceftazidime. Aztreonam and the third generation cephalosporins showed cross-resistance to enzyme-producing bacteria in non-fermenting bacteria.
