在大学英语教学中,“自主性学习”的理念已经普及并得到了英语教学者的充分肯定,传统的以教师为中心的英语教学正在逐渐被取代。该文介绍了这一过渡时期中高校英语教学的现状,通过课堂教学实践和调查学生的反馈意见提出了教师进行角色转换的几点方法与启示,并说明了要适应自主性学习的要求,英语教师自身的角色转换是必要的且是必然的趋势。
In college English teaching, the concept of “autonomous learning” has been popularized and has been fully affirmed by English teachers. The traditional teacher-centered English teaching is gradually being replaced. This paper introduces the present situation of college English teaching in this transitional period, puts forward some methods and enlightenments of teachers ’role conversion through classroom teaching practice and investigation of students’ feedback, and shows that to adapt to the requirements of autonomous learning, English Teachers’ own role conversion is a necessary and inevitable trend.
