生物研究方法有定量分析和定性分析两种。定性分析就是对研究对象进行“质”方面的分析,定量分析注重“量”方面的分析。在高中教材显微镜使用上常见定性分析较多如:观察线粒体和叶绿体,观察植物细胞的质壁分离和复原等。定量分析不多如探究培养液中酵母菌数量的动态变化。笔者就测微尺查阅相关资料和具体实践操作过程中总结一些经验与大家交流一些。
