当前,我国的很多企业在发展模式和企业管理方面存在着重形式、轻管理的现象,如果企业不能根据社会的进步而进行内部调整,就不能完全适应时代的需求,造成管理成本和人力资源的浪费,同时也会被时代所抛弃。传统的人力资源管理系统大多存在着功能单一的问题,如何将这些孤立的系统集成在一起实现相互连接、资源共享、操作协同,则是本系统要解决的主要问题。本系统依据业务流程,通过各项功能构件的协同操作,解决了传统的系统功能单一、信息相互不能共享的问题,实现了系统各项功能之间的协同操作,从而提高了企业人力资源管理的水平和效率,同时提高了企业管理的科学性。
