目的探讨白黎芦醇苷(PD)对MODS大鼠脏器功能的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为MODS模型组、PD治疗组和假手术对照组3组。采用肠缺血-再灌注损伤后12h腹腔注射小剂量酵母多糖的方法,复制MODS动物模型。对各组大鼠重要脏器功能指标〔血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),肺湿/干重比值(W/D)〕进行检测。结果与假手术对照组比较,MODS模型组大鼠随伤后时间的延长,各脏器功能指标逐渐升高,并且CK-MB、ALT、Cr伤后3h即明显增高(P<0.05),而肺W/D于伤后6h也出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。经过PD体内干预后,PD治疗组各重要脏器功能指标较MODS模型组均出现不同程度的降低,并于伤后6h体现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PD对MODS大鼠重要脏器功能具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of polydatin (PD) on organ function in MODS rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into MODS model group, PD treatment group and sham operation control group. The MODS animal model was duplicated by intraperitoneal injection of low-dose zymosan polysaccharide 12 h after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Important organ function indexes (serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine (Cr), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), lung wet/dry weight ratio (W/D) for each group of rats ]Check it out. Results Compared with the sham-operated control group, the MODS model rats gradually increased their function indicators with the prolonged time after injury, and CK-MB, ALT, and Cr increased significantly at 3 hours after injury (P<0.05). Lung W/D also showed significant difference at 6h after injury (P<0.05). After PD intervention in vivo, the functional parameters of the important organs of the PD group were lower than that of the MODS model group, and showed a significant difference at 6h after injury (P<0.05). Conclusion PD has a protective effect on important organ function in MODS rats.
