随着药物化学的进展,苯并含氮或含硫的七员杂环化合物受到越来越多的关注。这类化合物具有一定的生理活性,它们的立体化学及反应过程都是很有意思的。我们通过图1所示方法合成了一系列四氢2,4-二取代-1,5-苯并二氮杂(艹卓)类化合物。合成的最后一步反应使用NaBH_4还原,可能生成顺式和反式两种异构体(图2)。测定不同化合物顺式和反式异构体的相对含量,从而了解不同取代基对产物立体化学的
With the development of medicinal chemistry, more attention has been paid to the nitrogen-containing or sulfur-containing seven-membered heterocyclic compounds. These compounds have some physiological activity, their stereochemistry and the reaction process are very interesting. We have synthesized a series of tetrahydro-2,4-disubstituted-1,5-benzodiazepines by the method shown in Fig.1.
