红花水利枢纽工程位于珠江流域西江水系柳江下游红花村附近,该工程是发电、航运、灌溉相结合的综合利用枢纽,是柳江流域开发9个梯级电站中最下一个梯级电站。该电站装机容量18万kW,多年平均发电量7.78亿 kW·h,估算总投资约8亿元。 柳江县人民政府对兴建红花水电站决心很大,于今年 5月 8日委托珠委设计研究院承担工程的前期工作任务。6月 26～30日,该院由游赞培副院长带队,组织各专业工程技术人员到现场踏勘,并与县政府商讨有关前期工作等事宜。
The Honghua Project is located in the vicinity of Honghua Village, the lower reaches of the Liujiang River, in the Xijiang River in the Pearl River Basin. The project is a comprehensive utilization hub that combines power generation, shipping and irrigation. It is the lowest of the 9 cascade hydropower stations in Liujiang River Basin. The power plant installed capacity of 180,000 kW, the average annual generation capacity of 778 million kW · h, with a total estimated investment of 800 million yuan. Liujiang County People’s Government is determined to build Honghua Hydropower Station. On May 8, this year, Zhujiang Design and Research Institute was commissioned to undertake the preliminary tasks of the project. From June 26 to June 30, the hospital led by Deputy Director Zan Zanpei organized various professional engineers and technicians to conduct on-site reconnaissance and discussed with the county government on preparatory work and other issues.
