利用显微镜观察、SEM、EDS以及XRD分析等手段,研究了不同Mn、Fe质量比对Al-15Si-3Fe合金中的富Fe相形态和性能的影响。结果表明,Al-15Si-3Fe合金中加入Mn后,富Fe相形态由尺寸较长的针状β相和σ相向鱼骨状、三叶状的α相转变,有利于降低Fe元素给合金力学性能带来的不利影响。同时合金中富Fe相会出现大量团聚重叠现象,且这种现象随着Mn、Fe含量比的增大而加剧,这会导致合金力学性能不断降低。
The effects of different Mn and Fe mass ratios on the morphology and properties of Fe-rich phase in Al-15Si-3Fe alloy were investigated by means of microscope, SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the addition of Mn into Al-15Si-3Fe alloy changes the morphology of Fe-rich phase from long-sized acicular β-phase and σ phase to fishbone-like and trilobal α-phase, The adverse effects of performance. At the same time, a large amount of agglomeration overlap occurs in the Fe-rich phase of the alloy, and this phenomenon aggravates with the increase of the Mn and Fe content ratios, which leads to the continuous decrease of the mechanical properties of the alloy.
