采用叙事探究的方法研究专家评价对大学英语教师课堂教学的影响。通过分析两位参加“外教社杯”全国大学英语教学大赛教师的反思日志,结合研究者的课堂观察和访谈发现:专家评价内容具体全面;专家评价对教师的课堂教学理念与教学实践产生了实质性影响,也促进了教师的专业发展。
Using the method of narrative inquiry to study the influence of expert evaluation on college English teachers’ classroom teaching. Through analyzing the reflection logs of two teachers participating in the “Foreign Teachers ’Cup” National College English Teaching Contest, and combining with the researchers’ classroom observation and interview, it is found that the content of the expert evaluation is concrete and comprehensive; the evaluation of the teachers makes the classroom teaching idea and teaching practice of teachers A substantial impact, but also to promote the professional development of teachers.
