目前采油十厂大量新井已投用,数据传输量也随之大大增加,但是相应的数据传输物理介质没有改变,所以造成数据传输出现拥堵和干扰现象。在生产运行过程中,数据传输不通畅,导致最终结果是井场视频质量差(出现花屏、黑屏、画面断断续续等)和数据统计的不准确性以及滞后性。油田公司推行的SCADA系统,对链路带宽要求相当高。主干链路带宽和井场无线网都成为影响数据传输的因素。为积极响应油田公司号召,使SCADA运行更加畅通,需对各作业区网络进行优化和升级。

SCADA systems implemented by oilfield companies require relatively high bandwidth for the link. The backbone link bandwidth and the wellsite wireless network have all become factors that affect data transmission. To actively respond to the call of oilfield companies, to make SCADA more smooth operation, the operation area network needs to be optimized and upgraded.
