本文采用电沉积方法在具有纳米孔洞的阳极氧化铝模板上制备了具有纳米尺度的Fe纳米线,利用x射线衍射仪和PPMS分析了Fe纳米线的结构和特性。结果表明样品具有[110]择优取向。在平行和垂直于纳米线的方向上用PPMS测量了Fe纳米线的磁滞回线,表明了铁纳米线有很强的形状各向异性。
In this paper, nano-sized Fe nanowires were prepared on anodic alumina templates with nanopores by electrodeposition. The structure and properties of Fe nanowires were analyzed by x-ray diffraction and PPMS. The results show that the sample has a [110] preferred orientation. The hysteresis loops of Fe nanowires were measured by PPMS in the directions parallel and perpendicular to the nanowires, which indicated that the nanowires had strong shape anisotropy.
