OBJECTIVE: This study attempted to assess the relationship between T cell immune markers and levels of viral replication and hepatocellular injury in patients with viral hepatitis B (HBV) to understand the role of T cell immunity in the development of the disease .Methods: Thirty-one patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into three groups according to their HBV DNA levels: high, medium, and low, and their CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, Th1, Th2, Th2, Tc1, Th17, Tc17, Th17 / Tc17, Treg, Th17 / Treg and other T cell subsets; according to alanine aminotransferase levels were divided into mild, moderate and severe liver cell damage in 3 groups, Of T cell subsets in order to evaluate the relationship between some T cell immune markers and the level of virus replication and hepatocellular injury in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Results: Th17 cells (5.81% ) And Th17 / Treg (23.54) were significantly higher than that of Th17 cells (2.51% / 2.23%) and Th17 / Trie (19.42 / 9.85) (70.43%), Th17 / Tc17 (71.18) were significantly higher than light / severe hepatocellular damage Tc17 cells (0.42%) in patients with severe injury were significantly lower than those in patients with mild injury (1.69%), patients with Th2 cells (3.09% / 3.58%), Tc1 cells (36.97% / 35.86%), Th17 / Tc17 (11.35 / 12.58) %) .Conclusion: The immune status of T cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B is closely related to the level of virus replication and the level of hepatocyte damage. Among them, Th17 / Tc17 plays an important role.
