教学质量直接关系到大学的社会声誉,直接影响到大学的生存和发展。我国高校普遍重视教学质量内部保障体系的建设。建立校内专家评教制度,就是高校建设内部保障体系、促进教师教学效能改善的重要途径之一。以沈阳师范大学为例,分析并针对该校校内专家评教制度中存在的教学督导员队伍设置不科学、督导评教结果运用不合理以及教学督导评教制度实施的局限性等问题提出合理化提升策略,以达到提高该校教师教学质量的目的。“,”The teaching quality is directly related to the university's social reputation, directly affect the survival and development of university. Our country universities generally attach importance to the construction of internal assurance system of teaching quality. Establishment of the intramural expert evaluation of teaching system of universities, is the internal security system of university, p is one of the important ways to promote teaching efficiency improvement. Taking Shenyang Normal University as an example, the article analyzed the problems of the teaching supervisors team establishment is unscientific, unreasonable use of the teaching evaluation effect, implementation limitations of teaching supervision evaluation system that existing in intramural experts teaching evaluation system, and put forward reasonable promotion strategy, so as to achieve the purpose of improve the teaching quality.
