当下国内部分院校在法律硕士的培养模式中侧重对特色的强调,以凸显自己的竞争优势。但关于特色的定位、表达以及特色的确立对法律硕士体系的作用和功能认识并不明晰,在一定程度上,特色存在较严重的同质化危机。如何发挥特色的价值为法律硕士的培养提供智力支持,需要院校立足自身,发掘内部优势,而非仅附庸于政策带来的红利;需要院校认识到人才的培养是系统、长期的工程,摒弃功利、短视的路径择取;需要院校不断提升特色的层次,向优质特色转向。
At present, some domestic colleges and universities focus on the emphasis on the characteristics in the training mode of legal master to highlight their competitive advantages. However, it is not clear that the establishment, characteristic and expression of characteristics have a clear understanding of the role and function of the LLM system. To a certain extent, there are more serious homogeneity crises in the characteristics. How to give full play to the characteristic value to provide intellectual support for the training of legal masters requires that colleges and universities, based on themselves, find out their internal advantages instead of merely attaching themselves to the dividends brought by the policies. They need institutions to recognize that the cultivation of talents is a systematic and long-term project, Abandon the utilitarian, short-sighted path choice; need institutions to continuously upgrade the level of characteristics, to high quality characteristics.
