甲醇在人体内水解后氧化成甲醛、甲酸,产物毒性更胜于甲醇。近几年来,民间酿酒业中用甲醇含量高的酒精兑制白酒致死人命的事件时有发生。为了解部队自产白酒的卫生质量,曾于1988年7~8月抽查了我区部队部分白酒生产厂的12种产品,用气相色谱法测定酒内甲醇含量,结果报道如下。 调查内容与方法 (一) 样品来源与种类 部队白酒生产厂7家,产品12种,其中:低度白酒5种、瓶装囪酒5种、散装白酒2种。 (二) 检测方法 气相色谱法。1.仪器 北京分析仪器厂SQ-204型气相色谱仪(具氢火焰离子化检测器),lμl进样器。2.试剂 (1)甲醇:色谱纯。(2)乙醇:优级纯,进样
Methanol in the human body after hydrolysis into formaldehyde, formic acid, product toxicity is more than methanol. In recent years, the non-alcoholic brewing industry, with high methanol content of alcohol against white wine, life-threatening incidents have occurred. In order to understand the health quality of the force-produced white spirit, 12 kinds of products of the white spirit production plant of the army in our district were sampled from July to August 1988, and the content of methanol in the wine was determined by gas chromatography. The results are reported as follows.
