针对目前某航天产品装配车间存在的串行周期长、人员分配不合理、难以满足批量生产任务等问题,提出了参数化的装配单元划分以及数据驱动下的三维仿真模型生成方法。基于三维仿真软件平台QUEST,借助XML跨平台数据交换技术,建立了物流模型参数化配置系统,实现装配单元快速划分下的仿真模型自动生成。通过对某航天产品实施单元化装配前后的生产能力、人员利用率对比,表明参数化的装配单元设计方法能够为企业装配工艺规划的快速调整与评估提供有力的数据支持。
Aiming at the problems such as long serial period, unreasonable distribution of personnel and difficulty of mass production in some assembly workshop of aerospace products, the parametric assembly unit division and data-driven 3D simulation model generation method are proposed. Based on the three-dimensional simulation software platform QUEST, with the help of cross-platform data exchange technology of XML, a parameterized configuration system of logistics model was established to realize the automatic generation of simulation models under rapid division of assembly units. By comparing the production capacity and personnel utilization before and after the unitization of a space product, it shows that the parameterized assembly unit design method can provide strong data support for the rapid adjustment and evaluation of the assembly process planning.
