目的:探讨有氧运动对自发性高血压大鼠肠系膜动脉钠尿肽敏感性的影响。方法:将自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和与其年龄-性别匹配的正常血压WKY大鼠分组如下:4周WKY、4周SHR、16周WKY、16周SHR、16周WKY运动组和16周SHR+运动组,每组10只。运动组进行游泳有氧运动训练,生物信号采集系统测定动脉血压,微血管张力系统测定肠系膜动脉舒张功能,放免分析法检测c GMP和ANP含量,酶标仪和Western blotting分别检测PDE5表达。结果:成年(16周)SHR动脉血压
Objective: To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the sensitivity of mesenteric artery natriuretic peptide in spontaneously hypertensive rats. METHODS: Spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and their age-sex matched normotensive WKY rats were grouped as follows: WKY 4 weeks, SHR 4 weeks, WKY 16 weeks, SHR 16 weeks, WKY 16 weeks and 16 Week SHR + exercise group, 10 rats in each group. The rats in exercise group were trained in aerobic exercise, the arterial blood pressure was measured by biological signal acquisition system, the relaxation function of mesenteric artery was measured by capillary tension system, and the levels of c-GMP and ANP were detected by radioimmunoassay.
