运用SDS-PAGE电泳枝术,比较分析了三个小麦品种籽粒发育过程中叶片和籽粒各种蛋白质的动态变化及其与产量关系进行研究,结果表明:(1)小麦籽粒发育过程中叶片和籽粒中蛋白质的种类和数量有较大变化;(2)叶片和籽粒蛋白质动态变化存在负相关性;(3)叶片中52和47kDa蛋白质起初最多,后期很少。籽粒中63和58kDa蛋白质前期很少,后期最多,变化幅度较大;(4)叶片蛋白质含量最后阶段骤然下降,籽粒蛋白质含量显著上升,这些变化在不同品种中有一定差异;(5)灌浆末期,叶片衰老时,蛋白质的降解速率与产量正相关。
SDS-PAGE electrophoresis technique was used to analyze the dynamic changes of various proteins in leaves and kernels of three wheat cultivars and their relationship with grain yield. The results showed that: (1) Leaf and kernel during the grain development of wheat (2) There was a negative correlation between the dynamic changes of the leaf protein and the grain protein; (3) The highest content of 52 and 47 kDa proteins in the leaves at early stage and few later. The protein content of 63 and 58 kDa in seeds were few in early prophase and most in later period, and the variation range was larger. (4) The content of protein in leaves decreased sharply in the last stage and the protein content in grains increased significantly. (5) , Leaf senescence, protein degradation rate and yield are positively correlated.
