根据在蚌埠、杭州举办二期水文预报研习班的按排,为了进一步学习、研究水文流域模型和水文系统线性理论,水利部水文局于1981年4月14日～29日在上海市举办了第三期“水文预报研习班”。参加这次研习班的有28个省、市、区水文总站,有关大专院校,中等专业学校、科研单位,水利系统有关勘测设计、管理单位,中国科学院成都地理研究所,铁道部科学研究院西南研究所,电力部第二工程局,电力部成都、昆明勘测设计院,以及上海市水利局等63个单位,共115名代表。研习班收到交流材料36篇,其中介绍和应用国外水文流域模型方面有22篇,其他有关材料14篇。
In order to further study and study the hydrological basin model and the linear theory of hydrological systems, according to the arrangement of the second phase of the hydrological forecasting classes held in Bengbu and Hangzhou, the Hydrology Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources held the first section in Shanghai on April 14-29, 1981 Three “Hydrology Forecasting Workshop”. The seminar received 36 exchange materials, of which 22 were introduced and applied in foreign hydrological basin models and 14 other related materials.
