本文第一部分阐述了从创意产业的提出到文化创意概念的明确,首次论证了应将文化创意视为一种理论和方法;同时明确,运用文化创意推进文化事业、文化产业及相关产业创新发展的服务过程或服务业态,也可称文化创意。第二部分简要而系统阐述了这种理论和方法,以及在文化产业和文化事业(含博物馆事业及其文化产业)乃至相关产业的应用。第三部分阐述了如何加强文化创意研究,重点阐述如何运用文化创意推进相关产业创新发展。
The first part of this article elaborates the definition of the concept of cultural creativity from the point of view of the creation of the creative industries. For the first time, it argues that cultural creativity should be regarded as a kind of theory and method. At the same time, we must make clear and apply the cultural ideas to promote the innovation and development of cultural undertakings, cultural industries and related industries Service process or service format, also known as cultural creativity.
