信号转导与转录激活子3(STAT3)是转录信号转导子与激活子家族的重要成员,它的持续激活可致肿瘤细胞中细胞周期调控因子及抗凋亡蛋白上调,促进肿瘤的异常增殖和恶性转化,在多种癌症的发生、发展中起重要作用。STAT3蛋白,尤其是磷酸化的STAT3与其目的基因在耐药细胞中异常激活或过度表达,提示其可增强肿瘤的耐药性。
