“V3N”钢(即W12Mo3Cr4V3N)是一种超硬型高速钢。本文内容涉及该钢种的基本特点、氮对性能的作用、成分范围的确定、钢的主要性能、热处理工艺及组织、工业使用情况。文中着重介绍氮对提高钢的综合性能的优良作用,及研究碳、氮与合金元素相互间的配合对性能(二次硬化)影响的结果,说明及运用“碳饱和度”计算法并指出它对钢的性能(二次硬化)、热处理工艺等方面的重要作用。
“V3N” steel (ie W12Mo3Cr4V3N) is a super-hard high-speed steel. This article relates to the basic characteristics of the steel, the role of nitrogen on the performance, determine the scope of the composition, the main properties of steel, heat treatment and organization, industrial use. This paper focuses on the excellent effect of nitrogen on improving the overall performance of steel and the effect of the coordination between carbon and nitrogen and alloying elements on the performance (secondary hardening). It also shows that using “carbon saturation” calculation method and pointing out that Steel performance (secondary hardening), heat treatment process, and other important role.
