高产优质抗寒韭菜新品种——赛青,是由河南省通许县果树蔬菜研究所所长刘林选育而成。该品种在全国多点试验示范证明,突出表现高产、优质、抗寒、抗病、抗逆性强。赛青韭菜品种株丛直立,生长迅速,分蘖力强、粗纤维少,味美辛辣,叶色浓绿,叶片宽1.2厘米、最宽可达2.5厘米,单棵重40克、最重可达55克,株高50厘米以上,年割10～12茬,每667米~2产8500千克左右。
