目的:探讨姜黄素对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞系体外侵袭和转移的影响。方法:应用不同浓度姜黄素处理胃癌SGG-7901细胞48 h后,通过Transwell小室模型测定其侵袭力、粘附力,细胞迁移实验测定细胞运动能力,同时观察细胞形态。结果:姜黄素能明显抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞侵袭力、粘附力及运动能力(P<0.01),呈剂量效应关系(P<0.01)。形态学观察发现,姜黄素处理组悬浮细胞增多,细胞体积变小,形态较圆,伪足数目较少。结论:姜黄素具有抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞侵袭与转移的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on invasion and metastasis of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro. Methods: The SGG-7901 cells were treated with different concentrations of curcumin for 48 h. The invasion and adhesion of SGG-7901 cells were determined by Transwell chamber assay. The cell migration was measured by cell migration assay. The cell morphology was also observed. Results: Curcumin significantly inhibited the invasion, adhesion and motor ability of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells (P <0.01), showing a dose-response relationship (P <0.01). Morphological observation showed that curcumin treatment group increased the number of suspension cells, smaller cells, round shape, the number of pseudopodia less. Conclusion: Curcumin can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.
