我厂过去加工复式冲模采用成型磨削拼块结构。加工的周转时间长,工艺路线复杂,冲模的精度也不高,与当前发展的电机生产形势不相适应。采用数字程序控制线切割机后,基本上解决了这一模具关键。我们加工复式冲模(凹模)的工艺过程如下: 1.下模备料后粗、精车内外圆。2.粗磨下模的两个平面。 3.立铣铣槽形的沉孔(落料部分)。 4.钻小孔(以便线切割机穿钼丝用)。 5.热处理。6.精磨下模的两个平面。 7.数控程序线切割机上切割槽形(刀口部分)。
In the past, our factory processed the compound die with the shape grinding block structure. Processing a long turnaround time, the process route is complex, the accuracy of the die is not high, and the current development of motor production does not meet the situation. Using digital program control line cutting machine, basically solved the key to this mold. We process the compound die (die) process is as follows: 1. After the die material preparation rough, fine car inside and outside the circle. 2. Rough grinding of the two planes. 3. Milling milling slot-shaped sink hole (blanking part). 4. Drill holes (to wire cutting machine wearing molybdenum wire). Heat treatment. 6. Refine the two planes of the die. 7. CNC cutting machine cutting machine line shape (edge part).
