采用45~#钢作为工件电极,钨合金作为工具电极,在不同放电电流、放电脉宽条件下,于空气中进行了单脉冲激光诱导放电实验。从表面形貌照片来看,放电点大致为圆形,坑表面较平坦,随着放电脉宽、放电电流的增大,强化点坑径、坑深随之增大。通过对实验数据的拟合,得到了强化点坑径、坑深随放电电流和放电脉宽变化的经验公式。获得的经验公式拟合效果好,相关系数高,可用来指导加工工艺的优化设计。
Using 45 ~ # steel as the workpiece electrode, tungsten alloy as a tool electrode, under different discharge current, discharge pulse width conditions, in a single-pulsed laser-induced discharge experiments in the air. From the surface topography photos, the discharge point is generally circular, pit surface is relatively flat, with the discharge pulse width, the discharge current increases, strengthen the point pit diameter, pit depth increases. Through the fitting of the experimental data, the empiric formula of the depth of the crater, the depth of the pit with the discharge current and the pulse width of the discharge is obtained. The empirical formula obtained has good fitting effect and high correlation coefficient, which can be used to guide the optimization design of processing technology.
