我国电视媒体具有特殊性,电视媒体的绩效评估也表现出了与一般的组织与机构绩效评估不同的征象,即这是一种复合形式的组织评估。建立这个认识是进行电视绩效评估不可或缺的前提。在较长时间里,电视业在很大程度上实施的是粗放性的管理思想和方式,而且现在电视业弥漫着一种“管理的焦虑症”。绩效评估是一套科学性与精细化的管理手段,现在已经到了我们在电视管理思维上整体性改弦更张的时候了。
The television media in our country is special. The performance evaluation of the television media also shows signs different from the performance evaluation of the general organization and the organization. That is to say, it is a complex form of organizational evaluation. Establishing this understanding is an indispensable prerequisite for the performance evaluation of television.
