根据硼酸能与多羟基化合物形成复盐阴离子的特性,本文以葡萄糖为模型物质设计了两条脱糖路线:离子交换法除去葡萄糖-硼酸复盐阴离子和硼酸型阴树脂络合吸附葡萄糖。实验结果表明,使用大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂D201,两种方法对葡萄糖的动态交换容量分别为0.559 和0.494m m ol/m l;脱糖率可达90% 以上;用红霉素作试验表明该法能应用于从碱性物质发酵液中脱糖。
According to the characteristics that boric acid can form double salt anion with polyhydroxyl compounds, two de-glycosylation routes were designed by using glucose as model substance: ion-exchange method was used to remove glucose-boric acid complex anion and boric acid anion resin to adsorb glucose. The experimental results show that the macroporous strongly basic anion exchange resin D201, the dynamic exchange capacity of the two methods of glucose were 0.559 and 0.494mol / m l; the rate of desalting up to 90%; with red The test of mycotoxins shows that this method can be applied to the desalting of alkaline fermentation broth.
