目的 探讨TIMP 1、TIMP 2表达与结直肠癌新生血管形成的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法分析 5 2例结直肠癌石蜡标本中TIMP 1、TIMP 2的表达及新生血管密度 (MVD) ,并应用图像分析的方法定量分析TIMP 1、TIMP 2在肿瘤中的表达及与MVD之间的关系。结果 无血管转移组MVD低于有血管转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;低MVD组癌组织TIMP 2平均光密度(MOD )高于高MVD组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 结直肠癌组织TIMP 2表达与抑制血管形成有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 and neovascularization in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 and the neovascularization density (MVD) in paraffin-embedded specimens from 52 patients with colorectal cancer. The expressions of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in the tumor were analyzed by image analysis Relationship with MVD. Results The MVD in the non-vascular metastasis group was lower than that in the vascular group (P <0.05). The average optical density (MOD) of TIMP-2 in the low MVD group was higher than that in the high MVD group (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of TIMP-2 in colorectal cancer is related to the inhibition of angiogenesis.
