为完善板底脱空注浆检验的指标与方法,以威斯特卡德板角弯沉理论解及落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)实测弯沉盆与路面结构层模量关系为基础,运用有限元方法对威斯特卡德板角弯沉理论进行了尺寸修正和传荷能力修正,研究了脱空尺寸对板角弯沉、不均匀支撑对板中弯沉盆的影响;提出了板底脱空注浆有效性评价的脱空定性评价指标、脱空区充填率定量评价指标、不均匀支撑定性评价指标及其计算方法,并对判定指标进行了现场试验验证。结果表明:检测结果与实际结果具有良好的一致性。
In order to improve the index and method of grouting test on voidless plate, based on the relationship between the deflection of sinker bowl and the modulus of pavement structure layer measured by Westerk deflection curve theory and falling weight deflectometer (FWD) The finite element method is used to correct the size and load carrying capacity of Westerkut deflection. The effect of void size on the deflection of the slab and uneven support on the curved sink in the slab is studied. The void-free qualitative evaluation index, the quantitative evaluation index of void area filling rate, the qualitative evaluation index of non-uniform support and its calculation method, and the field test of the judgment index. The results show that the test results are in good agreement with the actual results.
