胸腺对机体防御功能起着重要作用,烧伤时可受损。在严重烧伤患者和实验动物中发现,淋巴器官的免疫功能受抑制,胸腺、脾脏和血中淋巴细胞数量减少。但热损伤后淋巴细胞减少和胸腺萎缩机制尚不清楚。为了阐明热损伤引起胸腺萎缩的机制,本实验通过雄性Wistar大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤(25%TBSA),观察伤后胸腺重量变化和胸腺及其它组织中谷胱甘肽、糖皮质激素的含量;利用DNA碎片电泳分析技术观察伤后胸腺细胞凋亡;通过流式细胞仪测定
Thymus plays an important role in the body’s defenses and can be damaged when burns. In severely burned patients and experimental animals, the immune function of lymphoid organs is suppressed and the number of lymphocytes in the thymus, spleen and blood is reduced. However, the mechanism of hypothyroidism and thymus atrophy after heat injury is not clear. In order to elucidate the mechanism of thymus atrophy caused by thermal injury, we observed the change of thymus weight and glutathione and glucocorticoid levels in thymus and other tissues through the third degree scald of male Wistar rats (25% TBSA) Apoptosis of thymus after injury was observed by fragmented electrophoretic analysis technique and determined by flow cytometry
