大豆孢囊线虫是大豆生长最重要的病害之一。实践证明,控制该病害最有效的方法是种植抗病品种,因此发掘和鉴定抗性及基因尤为重要。实验通过对300份种质资源对大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种的鉴定发现一个新的抗源,在对该抗源在进行了遗传分析的基础上,应用分离集团分析法,借助SSR分子标记,对该抗性位点进行了QTL定位分析,发现了4个连锁标记,分别为Sat385,Satt591,Satt155和Satt717,构建了该抗性位点的连锁遗传群。该实验对大豆孢囊线虫的研究具有重要意义。
