本文介绍一种新型的单张硅钢片直流磁特性数字式自动打印装置。该装置有两个特点:一是采用单张样片的磁化与探测装置测试法取代了传统的环形样品测试法,同时还可以方便地与爱泼斯坦方圈联用;二是采用电压一频率转换(V-F)数字积分器代替了模拟积分器,零漂小、易调节、稳定性高。该装置能自动进行数字打印B~H曲线、B~μ曲线、B_r和H_c值,并可以打印某一预置B(或H)值下的H(或B)值。测量迅速,10秒钟便可测得一条起始磁化曲线。测量磁感应强度的误差为±1%(采用爱泼斯坦方圈)或±2%(采用单张样片磁化与探测装置)。
This article describes a new type of silicon sheet DC magnetic characteristics of digital automatic printing device. The device has two characteristics: First, the use of a single sample of the magnetization and detection device test method to replace the traditional ring sample test method, but also can be easily used in conjunction with Epstein square circle; the second is the use of voltage-frequency conversion (VF) digital integrator instead of the analog integrator, zero drift, easy to adjust, high stability. The unit automatically digitally prints B to H, B to μ, B_r and H_c values and prints the H (or B) value for a preset B (or H) value. Rapid measurement, 10 seconds can be measured in an initial magnetization curve. Measure the magnetic induction with an error of ± 1% (Epstein square) or ± 2% (use a single piece of sample magnetization and detection device).
